The Nature Conservancy is a leading organization that works to preserve lands and waters around the world. The Florida chapter has over 50 years of experience protecting the diversity of life, lands, and waters throughout the state.
The Central Florida community did not realize how fast Florida’s native animals were losing their habitats. Our challenge was to launch a campaign that would raise awareness of their organization’s mission and show how TNC impacts the community through their efforts. We needed people to realize that if we lose animals or their habitat, it also affects us. If we do not protect them, who else will do it?
The Group Advertising and TNC made a strategic partnership to create a pro bono, award-winning campaign “Wildlife.” The creative spin was to show the top animals facing extinction in the state of Florida. We made sure TNC had a strong presence in print and digital advertising outlets. The purpose of this campaign was to invite people to make a donation to help this amazing cause.
The campaign generated enough buzz to create greater awareness in the community, which was reflected in their donations and impressive traffic that was driven to their site. With a strong strategic approach and compelling message, including an eye-catching creativity, we helped them reach their goal. This campaign won an Award of Excellence (gold) at the International Competition Communicator Awards.
